For ten years, Robert and Stephanie Zinser have been working to create your
perfect cup of coffee. The Zinser’s relationship with coffee began as a family cappuccino tradition. Eco-friendliness, and attention to detail are now at the center of their two family-owned, coffee-centric operations, in Concord, NH.
True Brew Barista was their first shop, located in Bicentennial Square, in Concord. The square, on your average coffee-drinking weekday morning, is a seemingly quiet, out-of the way
location, a bricked and fountained city courtyard, ringed with historic buildings. When the shop first opened, word-of-mouth spread the word that a true coffee house had come to town. Since then, the shop has become a popular downtown destination. Synergy with surrounding businesses has made Bicentennial Square a
prime downtown location and nightspot. In the summertime, True Brew shares the square with an open air market, and features live music on their patio.
What began with a desire to nourish coffee drinkers with rich, delicious andhealthier coffee, has also expanded into a neighboring storefront, and they are now also a spot for live music at night, indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather, with a beautiful handmade bartop featured in the bar area, created by owner Rob Zinser.
They use our whole, roasted organic A&E beans as the freshly-ground foundation for their wide variety of espresso beverages, at both the
original True Brew location and the recently opened True Brew Café, located inside the newly expanded Gibson’s, Concord’s independent bookstore. They pair our locally-roasted beans with locally-produced milk and cream, too, in keeping with their desire to support other local businesses. We are proud to supply local shops like True Brew with the best possible roasted beans.
