Steep for 3-5 minutes in 212 degree water.
Brewing Technique
- For 80 ounces, use 1.5 ounce tea bag.
- Pour 40 ounces of water at the 212 degree temperature and steep the bag for 3-5mins.
- Remove the tea bag and pour remaining 40 ounces of room temperature water. (This will avoid cloudiness. You can use cold water or ice for the Indian Iyerpadi.)
- Lasts for 3 days covered in the fridge.
