Meet Jeanne Doran, Nashua Artist

March 5, 2015

You may better know Jeanne Doran as Brett’s mom. Jeanne is a gifted seamstress and is brightening the Amherst cafe walls with wonderful and fun aprons for both children and adults. “I have had a lot of fun making the aprons that are displayed at A&E Coffee & Tea, Amherst,” says Jeanne. “Each apron is unique and made just a little bit different than the last one. My fabrics of choice are cotton/cotton blends and are prewashed and shrunk. Just machine wash and use a medium heat iron if desired. Sizes are approximate.” The children’s apron are $13.50, and the adult aprons are $18.50. They will be displayed in the Amherst cafe for the month of March.

Jeanne is not new to showcasing her craft in the Amherst cafe. She displayed her beautiful bags back in September of 2012. She has certainly been busy in the meantime sewing the aprons for this month.
