Give The Gift of a World Tour!

December 13, 2013

Sometimes it’s tricky shopping for others. What size? What color? What style? There are so many variables. That’s why a gift that offers variety can be perfect. If you have someone in your life (or perhaps a whole family, or an office full of folks) who you know loves coffee or tea, our Coffee or Tea World Tour gives them something you know they like, while offering them a world of new flavors and varieties to explore.

The Tea World Tour: The Tea World Tour is a great way to experience a variety of teas over the course of 3, 6 or 12 months. We send a new tin of tea every 4 weeks.

Give the gift of tea to yourself or someone who loves great quality whole-leaf tea. You might consider adding a travel tea infuser mug so your recipient has something fun to open.  Or, you might consider any of our tea accessories available in the café.

The Coffee World Tour: Travel the globe through your cup of coffee for 3, 6, or 12 months. We select a variety of organic coffees from our blends and single-origin coffees and send them to you every four weeks. (Decaf coffees are not included. If you would like to receive or send decaf coffees, please make note when checking out.) Consider gifting a French Press to go with the World Tour so the coffee-lover in your life has a new way to experience these delectable brews.

The name World Tour is no exaggeration. The origins of our coffees and teas span the globe: The ideal growing regions for different types of tea and coffee can vary according to varieties and customs.

Our teas include various plant developmental stages and processes – white, green, black, oolong, puerh, and herbal. Enjoy the essence of Japanese tea culture, with our sencha (small-leaf) green tea. We also carry interesting and unique blends. Travel to India with our Chai Tea, a blend of spices and black tea.

African, American, and Pacific single-origin coffees are featured in our roster of international beans. Those terms are very inclusive of broad areas of geography. American could mean Costa Rican, or it could mean Brazilian. Africa itself is obviously a huge continent, and currently, we have coffees from Uganda and Ethiopia. Our newest Pacific region coffee is from the Seethargundu Estate in Kerala, India, a delicious, chocolatey bean. Thousands of miles away, our Kona coffee is grown in the beautiful Pacific islands of Hawaii.

Give the gift of a world of flavor!
